From a hidden breakfast hangout with the best hummus on toast, to Insta-worthy architecture that houses secret sartorial gems, Anum takes Bazaar on a tour of one of her favourite cities
Henley Regatta ready in a Prada dress and my dancing shoes.
It's all in the details.
At the beautiful Henley Regatta.
Watching Jess Glyne perform at Henley - what a show!
I've always loved the fact that you can see the sky in London. The general architectural landscape is quite low and London's buildings are so different to what I'm used to in the Middle East or even Manhattan. The red brick always gets me - I can't stop taking photos.
Covent Garden - always so cool. I love exploring the shops in Seven Dials.
Fragrance shopping at Le Labo.
I can't help but take photos of London's beautiful buildings.
I was so excited to be allowed to shoot on the rooftop of Harrods whilst in London. In terms of the outfit, I was so happy to find Borgo de Nor in store- I've become a fast fan of the label, especially after meeting the designers on their recent trip to Dubai. The brand is so perfect for our desert summers with their silky silhouettes and billowy dresses.
A quick stop at Galvin restaurant on the fourth floor of Harrods. In terms of look, this is something you'll usually find me wearing to work or even on a day to day basis. I loved styling this look for Harrod's because it truly is Desert Mannequin in every way. The Chloe top is very comfortable, I love that ruffle detail, plush I have a thing for Celine boots lately, especially the white ones!
At Bicester Village I found some really fun pieces at Prada, Celine and Gucci. This was a definite homerun for me in terms of bargain shopping (which I rarely do!).
One of my favourite parts of Bicester Village was a restaurant called Farmhouse which is run by Soho House - it has amazing food! A nice change from the usual fast food places they have at outlet shopping malls.
What I love about being in London is that you can really play around with your looks. The city is so eclectic and really encourages you to experiment with fashion.
One of the best parts of my trip was spending time with my lovely friend Mira Mikati who was my date to the Molly Goddard show at V&A's new Sainsbury Gallery.
A look from the beautiful Molly Goddard show.
The Molly Goddard show at the V&A wrapped up my trip to London and it was phenomenal. The setting was equal parts art installation and fun fashion show. I walked away wanting a tulle skirt for the first time in 20 years - bravo Molly!
