Created to facilitate the training and recovery process, Siro provides custom fitness, recovery, and nutrition programs carefully curated by the Siro team.
Guests and Siro club members will find that the hotel’s exceptional Fitness Lab is built to cater to every fitness junkie, with a variety of fitness activities available, including studio classes and private training sessions, as well as dedicated spaces for peaceful yoga and meditation.
Visitors can also join Siro signature programmes, including Functional Fitness by official hotel partner AC Milan, Boxing by British Somali professional boxer and model Ramla Ali, and Core by English swimmer Adam Peaty.
Aside from fitness, Siro also has a state-of-the-art Recovery Lab where guests can consult with top therapists to plan the perfect recovery plan for them. Aiming to rejuvenate athletes, the Recovery Lab offers an array of treatments including dry needling, electro-muscle stimulation, IV therapy, and cold plunges. Afterward, guests can enjoy a nutritious snack or smoothie at the Siro One Za’abeel’s Refuel Bar.
Siro also uses its prime location to provide customers with truly unique fitness adventures. Utilising the diverse landscapes of Dubai, guests have the choice of going on guided excursions including skydiving and visiting Deep Dive Dubai or they can choose more classic activities the city is known for, spending time in the beautiful deserts of Dubai to mountain trek or quad bike in the breathtaking dunes.
And after a day full of movement and mindfulness, guests can return to their rooms to expect a truly peaceful night. With soundproof technology and an advanced temperature control system, visitors can rest easy.
