This weekend, His Excellency Ahmad Al-Khateeb, Chairman of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Heritage of Saudi Arabia announced the launch of its new tourist visas. As part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, the news means that tourists can obtain a 90-day, multiple entry visa to enter the country. It's expected the announcement will create one million new jobs for the country by 2030.

49 countries are able to apply for an e-Visa online or get a Visa on arrival into Saudi Arabia. This includes:

A dedicated online portal at visitsaudi.com has been launched and electronic kiosks are available at airports.
