After earning a spot on Forbes' annual top-10 highest-paid TV actresses list back in September, Priyanka Chopra has achieved another major feat: she is now one of the most powerful women in the world.

The Indian actress shared a clipping on her social media writing: “Honored to stand alongside these amazing trailblazers, who show us everyday that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to and that it’s ok to stay true to who you are. Here's to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them.”

The 35-year old Miss World winner, who rings in at number 97, has her stellar acting and producing career to thank for helping her earn a spot on the list. Forbes writes “Chopra is arguably the most successful Bollywood actor to cross over to Hollywood. She began her acting career in 2003, and has since appeared in more than 40 Bollywood films. She’s one of the highest-earning actresses and the first Indian actor to lead a drama series on American television. As a producer, Chopra founded Mumbai-based Purple Pebble Pictures, which strives to promote regional filmmakers and up-and-coming Indian talent.”

The philanthropist is also well known for her work as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, where her non-profit The Priyanka Chopra Foundation for Health and Eduction provides school and medical care to those in need.
