Inside Queen Rania’s Visit To Ajloun’s Al Kifah Cooperative Society

The Jordanian royal wore a high-street label for the occasion

After laying low during Eid Al-Adha, presumably spending time with family and friends, Queen Rania of Jordan was back to royal duties on Sunday visiting the Al Kifah Cooperative Society in Ajloun Governorate, northern Jordan.

The mother-of-four met the women of Al Kifah to learn about their efforts in organic and sustainable farming. Established in 2004 by a group of local women from Ajloun, the agricultural initiative aims to raise awareness around increasing the variety of available organic produce, reducing production costs by buying farming material in bulk and improving the well-being of the members and their families.

As always, Queen Rania’s choice of outfit for the occasion was the perfect mix of professional, chic and stylish. The royal wore a white button down shirt from high-street giants Zara, black drawstring pants and a practical pair of Tod’s moccasin loafers.

“In gorgeous Ajloun and in the company of its beautiful people earlier today. Delighted to have met the women behind the Al Kifah Cooperative Society,” she wrote on an image from the trip that she shared on Instagram.
