See Ciara’s Custom Roberto Cavalli Couture Wedding Dress In Full
The singer certainly knows how to make an entrance
Update (10/07): Ciara married footballer Russell Wilson late last week and more photos of the fairytale nuptials have been released on the singer’s Instagram account. From the castle, to the Cavalli couture (#thattrainthough) and the seriously chic bridal party, this was certainly a day made for photographs.
Peter Dundas shared a sweet behind-the-scenes snap as he dressed Ciara just moments before she walked down the aisle, along with a sketch of the custom-made gown.
And last but certainly not least, the ring most definitely warrants a mention:
Congratulations to #TheWilsons!
Original article (07/07): Ciara married Seattle Seahawks quaterback Russell Wilson today in an intimate ceremony at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, North England. For the occasion, Ciara wore a custom-made Roberto Cavalli couture wedding dress by Peter Dundas, made from “white silk tulle with fully embroidered floral motifs throughout, and delicate glass beading, covered entirely with precious Chantilly lace appliqué” according to the brand’s Instagram account. Unsurprisingly, it was an absolute knockout.
There’s been limited photos released from the nuptials, only this one shared on the couple’s Instagram and Twitter accounts to announce they were now married, but if those beautiful bell sleeves are anything to go by, we bet the bottom half of the dress is just as good as the top.
