The organisers of Arab Fashion Week have announced that the event will now be held from 10 to 14 April, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The event was originally due to be held from 26 to 31 March, however, earlier this week members of the executive board confirmed that the date would be pushed back.
The new schedule is now on the Arab Fashion Week website, with trunk shows, pop-ups, panel discussions and a performance by the Russian ballet.
The event bills itself as “the world’s only ready-couture and pre-collections fashion week”, attracting designers representing 22 Arab countries.
Ritz Carlton Riyadh will play host to the event, which is organised by the Arab Fashion Council. This is set to be the first fashion week in Saudi Arabia’s history.
