Models took to the runway to unveil the latest creations by the KSA-based couturier, marking the inaugural showcase of the three-day extravaganza
In a whirlwind of elegance and creativity, the first day of the Red Sea Fashion Week (RSFW) in Saudi Arabia unfolded with an enchanting display of couture by the visionary local designer, Tima Abid.
Against the picturesque backdrop of the of The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, guests from all corners of the globe gathered to witness the style spectacle.

Tima, renowned for artistically blending contemporary crafting techniques while drawing inspiration from her Saudi heritage, kicked off RSFW. She showcased her Red Sea haute couture collection inspired by the Kingdom’s glimmering waters and the life within.
The pieces, delicately crafted from tulle, chiffon, and sheer fabrics, shimmered elegantly in the sunlight. The palette, mostly inspired by creamy hues, ash white, and shimmering silver tones, added to the ethereal allure of the collection.
Crystal detailing, sparingly interspersed with feathers, seemed to be a running theme. The creative behind the pieces, Tima proudly walked out to the crowd’s cheer at the end of the show.
Saudi television personality Lojain Omran, as well as fashion designer and influencer Alanoud Badr, known as Fozaza online, and Deema Al Asadi were part of the audience, adding to the excitement and glamour surrounding RSFW.
The inaugural day of the event concluded with a starlit beachside dinner.
Organised by the Saudi Fashion Commission, the event aims to bolster the Kingdom’s deep commitment to becoming a world-class destination for luxury fashion and cultural heritage.
With Tima’s enchanting collection leading the way, we can’t wait to see other works set to be showcased at the RSFW, which continues to redefine the boundaries of fashion in the region.
