A First Look at the Newly Transformed Harvey Nichols Kuwait

The store now features the first Younique Caffè by Golden Goose in the region

A GCC-based shopper knows her way around the mall, dare we say, better than anyone, and she can map out her favourite stops without even thinking. She might walk in, insisting she is “just checking” what is new in beauty, or that she only wants to browse the bags, shoes or clothes, but the routine always plays out the same way. Before she knows it, it becomes the most obvious move to make her way to Harvey Nichols, especially if it’s at The Avenues in Kuwait.

Recently, the iconic store has undergone a full transformation that reimagined how shoppers move through the space and interact with every category that they have to offer.

Starting from the ground floor, Harvey Nichols Kuwait has been reshaped into a hub for footwear, accessories, beauty, and fragrance, creating a layout that naturally guides visitors through it. Meanwhile, their Fashion category has moved to a dedicated and fully refurbished Mezzanine area.

Additionally, chic new names have also joined the edit, and the store showcases coveted labels such as The Row, Loewe, and Khaite.

For the team at Harvey Nichols, the redesign was as much about the experience as it was about the layout. Curated zones, immersive shop-in-shops, and a dedicated fragrance bar have been introduced to further elevate the browsing. Even the façade has been redefined, with an installation by British artist Giles Miller crafted from more than eleven thousand brass petals, created as a nod to Kuwait’s desert.

And if all that browsing has got her pausing for a sip, the refurbished location also launched Younique Caffè by Golden Goose, which provides shoppers with the perfect stopover at the store. It offers artisanal matcha, treats like tiramisu and even cheese flavoured gelato, yes, Parmesan to be exact, all served in a space oozing with the brand’s Italian charm.

Harvey Nichols has been shaping luxury since 1831, from London to Dubai and everywhere in between, and the refreshed Kuwait store fits right into that story. It still carries the exclusive mix of fashion, beauty and accessories people love, only now in a space that feels lighter, easier and more in tune with how we shop today.
