Foundation: NARS Natural Radiant Longwear (Dhs162)

Concealer: Tarte Shape Tape (Dhs40). Go-to lip colour: Any kind of clear gloss.

Mascara: Eyes to Kill by Giorgio Armani (Dhs210)

Current perfume: I’m torn between Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana (Dhs470) and Pink Sugar by Aquolina (Dhs115). Pink Sugar smells like cotton candy and is the perfume I was wearing when I met my husband, so it always sparks happy memories.

Hairstylist: I always go to Evan Stowers, the founder of Desert Lounge Salon in Utah.

Style secret: We always colour my roots a little bit darker than the rest of my hair to give the illusion that I’ve got highlights.

Bad hair day secret: If you’re having a bad hair day, always opt for a messy bun.


Skincare routine: I do the same thing in the morning and the evening; it’s become a mindfulness routine for me where I practice self-love. I wash my face, then I use a serum, an eye cream and a moisturiser. 

Moisturiser: Utah is a very dry place, and I absolutely swear by heavy moisturising lotions; they’re great to combat dry weather. I use them all over my body every morning and every night.

Cleansers: I love any of the cleansers from a brand called Image Skincare. They takes make-up off really well.


Attitude to injectables: I truly believe that it’s your body and your choice. The core of what I do is to make women feel like fitness is not about aesthetics; we should exercise and go on a fitness journey to take care of our health – mental, emotional and physical.


Food intolerances: I have a life-threatening nut allergy… no biggie!

Go-to snack: Raw fruit and vegetables.

Workout method: I always train using my PWR Program. I created it to show women that you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to get the benefits of weight training. I also wanted to show that weight training isn’t just doable, it’s awesome and there are loads of benefits.

Guilty food pleasures: A warm glazed doughnut.

Beverage preference: I drink a lot of water, but I’m a coffee girl at heart. I love an iced latte when it’s hot.

Breakfast: I don’t like cooking, so my meals are pretty standard. For breakfast I have scrambled eggs with spinach and veggie sausages; then I usually have a protein bar as a mid-morning snack. After I work out I have a protein shake and for lunch I make what I call ‘everything bowls’, which are a mixture of all different veggies, quinoa and a protein. Then for dinner I usually make a nice hearty meal in a crockpot, like a chilli or a chicken-based dish.
