Why is Bella Hadid’s 10-Step Morning Routine So Extra? Bazaar Arabia Breaks It Down…

The supermodel filmed her everyday regime and shared it on TikTok, leaving fans overwhelmed with the amount of steps

With a shout out to her soon-to-be launched brand, Ôrebella, Bella Hadid took her TikTok followers for a quick (or perhaps long) look at her morning self-care routine.

She starts her morning by creating a concoction, first dropping dosages from three Genestra Brands’ tinctures into a glass. Next, she adds more to the mixture with ION’s Gut Support clear syrup. This liquid supplement has been proven to help with overall gut function as it promotes healthy digestion, defence from toxins, and helps with nutrient absorption — at least that’s what Bella claims.

The model then grabs what seems to be a handful of vitamin pill supplements and washes it all down with some fresh green juice.

Yummy.

Bella stays on track with beverages and drinks a glass of Gold Sea Moss Gel from Planted Seeds Sea Moss. Made with wild harvested Caribbean sea moss, the gel also provides support for healthy gut function and microbiome.

But the end of the routine isn’t even halfway there yet. She then prepares yet another brew for herself using Mother Earth Labs’ Fulvic Detox and Liquid Ionic Minerals from Allegany Nutrition. Fulvic Detox provides topical healing properties for skin irritations and wounds while Liquid Ionic Minerals gives an energy boost and helps with overall health like muscle spasms and leg cramps.

It’s time for a quick snack break as we reach halfway through the supermodel’s routine.

Bella then takes her followers along to her next station filled with essential oil bottles, crystals, tarot cards, incense, and journals. Opening a can of Kin Bloom from Kin Euphorics, she then scents herself with her pick of essential oils for the day.

Next step is accessorizing as she shows of her gorgeous adornment of crystal bead bracelets on her wrist to her followers.

Nearing the end of her morning cleanse plan, Bella lights up a sage stick to cleanse her energy space. And for the final cherry on top, she ends her morning routine with a mindful journaling session.

Why is Bella Hadid’s 10 Step morning routine so extra?

The supermodel was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in 2013 and has chronicled her journey battling it across social media. Judging by the amount of supplements and superfoods she takes, we’re guessing the routine helps her to manage her symptoms.

What is Lyme Disease?

In recent years, Lyme disease has increasingly been in the medical spotlight, and you may have heard of it from some of the world’s top celebs. From the Hadid family, Bella, Anwar and mom Yolanda are some of the famous faces who have admitted to suffering from this illness and have openly spoken about the challenges they have faced in their battle against the notorious illness.

The International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) defines Lyme disease as: a bacterial infection caused by several members of the Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria and transmitted by the bite of an infected blacklegged tick.

One of its main problems is the symptom diagnosis. Many of the signs it usually shows – joint pain, exhaustion and fatigue – are often mistaken with other health conditions such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia which can lead to a misdiagnosis of the disease. If this happens, the illness can become severe when it’s not diagnosed correctly and can result in chronic Lyme.

However, although it can be cured if diagnosed within the first stages, once it escalates, modern medicine has yet to offer an effective cure for this widespread health condition.

That’s why many celebs who are suffering from it are helping to shine some light on this mysterious illness by speaking openly about their symptoms and the challenges they face when having to live with Lyme.
