Adriana Lima Welcomes Her Third Child
The Brazilian model announced the good news via an Instagram post that showcases a glimpse of her newborn son
A new bundle of joy has arrived for Adriana Lima!
The model and veteran Victoria’s Secret angel recently gave birth to her third child and the first with her boyfriend, film producer Andre Lemmers.
The 41-year-old model shared the happy news of the birth of her baby boy via a heartfelt Instagram post that showcases her newborn’s eye.
Adrian and Andre have named their child Cyan Lima Lemmers, with Adriana taking to the caption of the post to explain the beautifully symbolic meaning behind the choice. The doting mother mentioned that the colour Cyan not only holds emotional significance for the couple, but is also the shade of the baby’s eyes.
“Cyan is the color between green and blue on the visible spectrum of light. Cyan is the color of the waters of Bora Bora and Maldives, places in our family’s bucket list. Cyan now is our favorite color… the color of our baby boy’s eyes. Welcome to our world CYAN LIMA LEMMERS ~ 08/29/22,” she wrote.
Excited friends and fans are sending congratulatory messages filled with love to the parents and the baby, with many commenting well-wishes for their new blessing.
“Welcome little Angel ❤️can’t wait to meet you ?,” wrote American fashion designer Michael Costello. “Congratulations to you and your family ❤️,” commented fellow model Anne Vyalitsyna.
Adriana announced her pregnancy in February of this year with a TikTok video of her giving Andre an adorable surprise with a positive pregnancy test. Post-announcement, she continued to walk down runways and red carpets, flaunting her growing baby bump and providing plenty of showstopping maternity fashion moments.
She shares two older daughters with her previous husband, former Serbian professional basketball player Marko Jarić.
