Paris Hilton shared a surprise announcement this morning of her baby girl. The joyous news came in via an Instagram post showcasing a pink baby outfit along with adorable matching accessories.
The successful American businesswoman wrote in the caption, “Thankful for my baby girl.”
And not just that, Paris also revealed her baby’s name in the most sweetest way. The outfit is embroidered with her child’s name, “London.”
The arrival of her baby girl will mark Paris’s second child with her husband, Carter Reum. The couple welcomed their son Phoenix via surrogacy earlier this year in January.

“I don’t want to be as public as I was. That’s one reason why with Phoenix, we didn’t tell anyone. The only people who knew were Carter and myself. We didn’t tell any friends or family because I feel that my life has been so public so I wanted just one thing for myself,” Paris told Bazaar Arabia’s Editor in Chief, Olivia Phillips, in the March 2023 cover story.

While it’s unclear as to how the little one made her earth side debut, the image Paris shared of the sweet little two-piece pink set suggests Baby London may be at least a few months old. But without Paris or Carter’s confirmation, it’s impossible to confirm whether the couple had the child via surrogate or decided to adopt.
