In the run-up to the international release of the newest addition to the much beloved Hunger Games franchise, the Ballard of the Songbirds and Snakes, the cast has been delivering unforgettable fashion moments across red carpets in true Capitol fashion.

Most recently, Rachel Zegler stunned in an Elie Saab gown from the couturier’s AW2023 collection; this exquisite dress is crafted from white sand silk chiffon. The top is corseted with delicate thin straps, adorned with meticulous pleats, pearl embroidery, small sequins, and enamelled bronze details; additionally, the gown featured a delicate chiffon hood, which the star wore on the carpet as both a head-piece and a sash.

The collection, titled The Beginning of Twilight, is another example of Elie Saab’s understanding of translating fantasy into wearable art. Opulent fabrics seamlessly meet delicate embroideries, which the House is known for, resulting in enchanting silhouettes.
