Radhika Merchant And Anant Ambani May Celebrate Part Of Their Wedding Festivities In England
The affluent couple will reportedly host guests at a historical venue in the English countryside
The rumour mill continues to churn when it comes to the wedding of Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani. With much speculation in the air, the latest news suggests that the son of billionaire Mukesh Ambani and daughter of business tycoon Viren Merchant, will celebrate part of their wedding festivities in Britain.
This comes after new details revealed that the young couple have booked out the prestigious Stoke Park Estate in Buckinghamshire, England.
Located just 35-minutes outside of London, the historical venue is a sprawling 300-acre luxury estate, featuring plush greenery, a golf course, and opulent hotel.
According to reports, Mukesh Ambani purchased the property for over Dhs 260 million back in 2021, so its no surprise the family would want to host one of the most anticipated events of the year at their recently-acquired estate.
The estate has also been the setting for a Hollywood Blockbuster, featuring in the James Bond film Goldfinger in 1964, and it was designed by renowned architect James Wyatt in 1788.
As the couple prepares for their nuptial on July 12, previous reports also touted that their pre-wedding Sangeet ceremony will be held in Abu Dhabi. This was reported after Anant and Radhika were spotted wedding shopping in Dubai’s City Walk mall earlier this month, although no announcement has confirmed the news as of yet.
Radhika also recently held a Princess Diaries-themed bridal shower with some of her closest friends, hosted by Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor.
In contrast to the couple’s elaborate pre-wedding party that saw everyone from Rihanna and Bill Gates in attendance, the bride-to-be’s glamorous bachelorette party was an intimate affair that featured guests wearing matching pyjamas and playfully mattress surfing down stairs, as seen in the film.
Now, with just a few weeks to go until the couple’s big day, our excitement is building as we gear up to witness the lavish celebration.
