Rihanna Wears Jewellery By Legendary Indian Designer to NYFW

The Grammy award-winning singer songwriter stepped out in a selection of statement pieces by one of Bollywood’s most loved creatives

With NYFW in full swing we are officially strapped in for a high fashion ride and Rihanna, queen of this season’s sartorial set, has graced her subjects with not one but two looks featuring a stunning statement jewellery necklace, pairing it each time with browns and beige.

The first look featured a beige corset top paired with ripped lose fit jeans. While this classic style rarely goes wrong, it was the second look that had us picking our jaws up the floor – a chic, lustrous brown maxi dress paired with chunky sunglasses, Dior Rasta Oblique Boston Bag (of course – she’s now the new face of the iconic J’adore Eau de Parfum campaign) and at the centre of it all, a glittering necklace.

Sabyasachi High Jewellery is responsible for the jaw-dropping piece. Loved by Indian celebrities and Bollywood royalty, the designer routinely dresses the likes of Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone – and officially counts Rihanna as a fan too.

She was photographed wearing the Multi-Layer Constantinople Necklace while out during fashion week.

Previously, the singer stepped out in Los Angeles wearing a three drop rubellite, tourmaline and brilliant cut diamond necklace from his high jewellery line in a matching ensemble for the launch of her haircare brand, Fenty Hair.
