Tiffany Trump Is Engaged to American-Lebanese Businessman Michael Boulos
With less than 24 hours until the end of her father’s presidency, the law school graduate revealed her plans to wed her boyfriend who popped the question with a stunning 13-carat emerald-cut diamond engagement ring from Dubai
Just when you think things couldn’t get any stranger stateside, Donald Trump’s daughter from his second marriage to Marla Maples has just announced her beau of 2.5 years, Michael Boulos, has officially popped the question. The couple, who reportedly became engaged at The White House, are very much looking forward to the next chapter of their lives together.
As is customary for millennials and Gen-Zers whenever they celebrate a milestone within their lives, the former model-turned-law-student shared the news on Instagram that she plans to wed the American-Lebanese businessman less than 12 hours ago.
“It has been an honour to celebrate many milestones, historic occasions and create memories with my family here at the White House, none more special than my engagement to my amazing fiancé Michael! Feeling blessed and excited for the next chapter!” she wrote within the Instagram caption.
First spotted together in London in 2018, the couple have been dating for over two years; Michael apparently has the Trump family approval, often celebrating holidays with the former first family and is “adored” by Tiffany’s mother.
According to the Daily Mail, Michael popped the question with a 13-carat emerald-cut diamond engagement ring from Dubai, which is apparently worth $1.2 million dollars (although some sources dispute this figure) and was designed by New York-based jeweller Samer Halimeh.
Who is Tiffany Trump’s Fiance, Michael Boulos?
According to Town and Country magazine Michael is of both Lebanese and French descent. He was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Nigeria when he was young,” …as his family owns a multibillion-dollar conglomerate and a large portfolio of companies active in various sectors in more than 10 West African countries.”
He holds a degree in business management Regent’s University London, while working towards a degree in project management finance and risk from City University London, and helps to run his family’s businesses.
The couple have yet to announce the date of their wedding and the outgoing president has yet to comment on the engagement.
