The American media personality, model, socialite and all things glitz and glam took to her Instagram to excitedly announce the name of her baby boy. In the post, the Stars Are Blind singer touches on what led to her decision to name her baby boy in her upcoming book, Paris: The Memoir.
We first saw a glimpse of Paris’s baby boy back in January 25, 2023, when the socialite welcomed the news in an Instagram post saying, “You are already loved beyond words,” According to reports made, it had been known that both Paris and Carter were struggling to conceive which is why the duo opted for surrogacy.

In an episode on Paris’s iHeartRadio Podcast, This Is Paris, The Simple Life star revealed she had thought of the name 10 years ago saying, “Phoenix has a few good pop culture reference points, but more importantly it’s the bird that flames out and then rises from the ashes to fly again,”
Paris added, “I want my son to grow up knowing that disaster and triumph go around and come around throughout our lives. And that this should give us great hope for the future,”
According to People, Paris later revealed that her newborn’s middle name is a heartfelt tribute to her grandfather, Barron Hilton. The star went on to say, “He was always my mentor. I looked up to my grandfather so much, and we were so close, and I miss him every day,” continuing “So, I really wanted to honour him by having his name in my first son’s name. So there you go. My beautiful baby boy’s name is Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum,”
