Congratulations are due for the happy couple as the Harry Potter star and his longtime girlfriend, Erin Darke are expecting their first child together.
The news came almost immediately after Daniel and his girlfriend made one of their rare appearances out in New York City where Erin can be seen sporting a black zip-up hoodie which accentuated her growing baby bump.
According to a source obtained by The Sun, “Daniel is so excited to be a dad. His relationship with Erin is really special and everyone thinks they will be amazing parents,” adding “They have kept it pretty quiet up until now but she can’t hide her bump anymore,”

She was born in Michigan
Erin was born in Flint, Michigan, United States on September 10, 1984, making the actress a Virgo. According to People, at just sixteen years old, the star enrolled at the University of Michigan-Flint and later graduated with a bachelor of fine arts in theatre performance in 2005.
She worked in casting before pursuing acting
After graduating in 2005, Erin moved to New York City to pursue her acting career although after landing a variety of small roles the star chose to intern at a casting office and would later work there full-time.
She has appeared in various TV series and films
Erin has starred in various roles such as Good Girls Revolt (2016), The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2017), Dietland (2018), Love & Mercy (2014), Beside Still Waters (2014), Still Alice (2014) and finally, Don’t Think Twice (2016).
She met Daniel on the set of Kill Your Darlings
According to People, shortly after Erin returned to her acting career, she was cast in Kill Your Darlings, where she met Daniel for the first time whilst on set. The couple instantly connected and the Harry Potter actor later told the publication he wasn’t acting when they filmed together because the flirting he was doing was actually real.
