Dubai’s Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan Just Got Married
He tied the knot yesterday alongside two of his brothers, Sheikh Maktoum and Sheikh Ahmad
Mabrouk! Dubai’s Crown Prince HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and two of his brothers got married yesterday in a joint religious ceremony.
It was confirmed this morning that Sheikh Hamdan wed Sheikha Sheikha bint Saeed bin Thani Al Maktoum. Two other sons of Dubai’s ruler HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum were also wed: Sheikh Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, who married Sheikha Mariam bint Butti Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Ahmad, Chairman of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, who wed Sheikha Midya bint Dalmouj Al Maktoum.
The private ceremony involved the signing of the official marriage contract, but details of the wedding ceremony and its public or private nature are yet to be announced.
Their sister, Sheikha Latifa, extended her congratulations on Instagram, sharing an image with the slogan: “The nation rejoices”.
Many members of public, as well as other high-profile Emirati personalities including singers Balqees and Ahlam, also took to social media to wish the couples happiness.
