This past Sunday families around the world baked cakes, made cards, organized barbeques and more, all in honour of the most important men in their lives; their dads.
Celebrated on the third Sunday of June across America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Father’s Day often brings out the sweetest messages of love and appreciation for dads who do so much, and this year was no different.

Gigi Hadid
Taking to Instagram with a sweet throwback photo of baby Gigi and dad Mohamed, the supermodel writes;
“Happy Father’s Day @mohamedhadid I love you sooooo much. Thank you for the best siblings, best food, best stories, and best laughs, Daddio! ” Making mention of her upcoming appearance on the Food Network’s ‘Beat Bobby Flay show,’ Hadid’s tribute ends with “Ps. My appearance on @foodnetwork #beatbobbyflay tonight is dedicated to you— I can’t say why yet, but you’ll know. Very fitting that’s it’s airing today !!!”
Jennifer Lopez
In honor of her father, the father of her children and ex-husband, Marc Anthony, and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, J. Lo shared a combination of videos and photos to Instagram for Father’s Day. While each message differed in sentiment, they were all synonymous in praise for the important men in her life. Beginning with Marc Anthony, or flaco, as he is referred to by Lopez, the post reads “Happy Father’s Day flaco!! Wishing you the best day today.”
Followed by a post in honor of her dad, the singer and actress writes “Dad, thank you for being you… for loving me for who I am… I am so lucky to have you as my dad. Happy Father’s Day.”
Ending the day with a video montage for her fiancé, Alex, Lopez sweetly muses, “Having you in all of our lives is such a blessing. Watching you with all our babies makes my soul sing. Happy Father’s Day macho bello!!! We love you so so much.”

Following the birth of her first child in January, the model took to Instagram to celebrate her husband, Justin Ervin, on his first Father’s Day as a new dad.
