Gossip Girl. SATC. The OC. There’s nothing like a drama series that combines the best of fashion with an intriguing plotline and, of course, beautiful main characters that also happen to be romantically involved in real life.
Turkish television series Sen Çal Kapimi (You Knock on My Door) is premiering its second season tonight – and fans can hardly wait, taking to social media to share their excitement. In honour of the upcoming Season Two, Bazaar shares a few of the most memorable looks from the first season featuring lead actors Hande Erçel and Kerem Bürsin.
Trailblazer
The show’s trailer gave fans a first glimpse into the plotline — including the tension between main characters Eda and Serkan, hyping up the drama that would ensue. The leading actress, played by Hande Erçel, was seen dressed in a light blue sleeveless mini-dress while Serkan, played by Kerem Bürsin, was in a black tuxedo.
The (Not-So-Fake) Engagement
While everyone knew the fake enagement would become a huge plot twist in the series, this gorgous canary yellow dress worn by Eda in the second episode simply stole the show.
True Love After All?
Regardless of the tension between the couple, Serkan always stands by Eda’s side, acting as her knight in shining armour regardless of the occasion. And while the drama keeps us glued to the series, what we really can’t stop watching are the couples outfits – especially this look where Eda sports a sultry red off-the-shoulder bodycon dress.
What Happens Off-Screen…
Everyone loves behind the scenes shots, especially when it involves the lead actors of the series. Sen Çal Kapimi’s Instagram page had us all excited for what’s in-store next for the upcoming episodes. Eda was dressed in a lovely feathered mint green cocktail dress, pictured next to Serkan’s who looked dashing in his formal attire.

While Eda and Serkan were dressed relatively casual for this scene, which included a grand declaration of love, they’re still keeping it cool and chic; Eda sports a vintage t-shirt tucked into a pair of white jeans, while Serkan looks dashing in a button down tucked into dark chinos.
Snowy Nights
The couple was seen wearing an adorable colour combination within one of the chillier episodes, where Eda paired her red beanie with a matching jacket.
Dressed To Impress
Eda dresses elegantly in this marvelous emerald dark green gown to impress Serkan after their break-up.
