Sonam Kapoor Made A Stylish Appearance At The Sharjah International Book Fair
The former Harper’s BAZAAR Arabia cover star is secretly a bookworm at heart
The main event of the Sharjah International Book Fair took place two days ago with Kris Fade, award-winning author Anuja Chauhan and Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor; discussing all things books and film. Although the entire book fair runs from 30 October to 9 November, this conference between high-profile authors and celebrities was the highlight of the exhibition.
‘#ReadTheMovie’ saw the renowned Bollywood actresses discussing literature and cinema – and the connection between the two very significant platforms. Kapoor took to her social media account to post 3 images of her extremely chic all-black outfit for the event.
For two of the three images, she captions famous authors’ best sayings (naturally)…

Both captions include messages revolving around the importance of books, which is also essentially what the Sharjah International book fair is all about.
The actress wore a black Simone Rocha trench-coat satin dress, gorgeous Aquazurra shoes, and dazzling Chopard jewels.

Sonam Kapoor wasn’t the only A-list celeb that attended this Sharjah event either. American television host and comedian, Steve Harvey, also attended for an interview with the Sharjah International Book Fair. He revealed that he wanted to launch a show in this region, and if you think it couldn’t get more interesting than that – he was wearing a kandoora.
