The all-you-can-eat brunch starts off with a delicious spread of tantalizing salads, which includes favourites such as tangy couscous salad, sweet potato with beets salad, avocado hummus and black carbon hummus, followed by a nachos platter with varied choice of toppings such as queso dip, guacamole, salsa etc alongside a very exotic selection of cured meats and cheese, with favourites being beef pastrami, veal chorizo with excellent pairings of gouda, brie and the humble cheddar slices finished off with assortment of berries for the fresh element.
Lively ambience at La Mezcaleria
The live ceviche station being one of the main highlights of the brunch will have the guests coming back for seconds for their popular “Mez-callop”; a unique mix of ginger, chamomile and mezcal flavour adding another dimension to the scallop ceviche and “ceviche Verde”; a Portuguese favourite combination of codfish, cucumber leche de tigre and the sweetness of ruby red caviar.
The main course is served up under the platform of live stations, specifically a Latin-American BBQ-grill station as well as a Taco/Quesadilla station that are placed well alongside the lounge’s elegant terrain, which consists of a plethora of Latin-American and Mexican favourites such as beef brisket; served with hot gravy for the perfect pulled meat bite, grilled skewers of chicken, prawns, and beef served with their house-made BBQ sauce.

Gourmet side for the grills was Elote; a grilled corn cob rubbed with mayo-chilli sauce and sprinkled generously with Cotija cheese, will make you rethink your take on eating corn-on-the-cob after the first bite.The taco/quesadilla station is blessed with a variety of options, the Barbacoa and Chicken tinga quesadillas being the crowd favourites.
Dessert choices were a compilation of traditional and fresh choices, with the churros with two dips of dulce de leche and hot chocolate and mille-feuille being the chosen ones, bringing the meal to a satisfying finale.

Shisha made by an in-house expert is inclusive with the brunch, coupled with the groovy latino infused tunes playing in the background, makes this a brunch truly extraordinnaire.
