#Chiceats: Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman’s Dining Concepts
Featuring three tantalising new culinary destinations, Radisson Blue Ajman is worth the drive
Following renovations last year, Radisson Blu Ajman is complete with refreshed décor and brand new menus at its restaurants. Located on the ground floor, visitors will find the 1920’s Great Gatsby style Jazz Lounge, the only one to be found in Ajman with a revamped menu offering flavours from the Middle East and Europe.

Over at Mazaj Bar on the rooftop, visitors can relish in delicious Middle Eastern cuisine amid panoramic views of the surroundings on the terrace, and live entertainment.
For those craving exquisite pasta, head over to Filini Restaurant, headed by Italian chef Luca. The eatery launched end of January and is complete with stunning interiors and a brand new menu which includes handmade pasta, carnaroli risotto, pizza, salads and more. The ravioli, stuffed with flavoured pumpkin, sage butter and Parmigiano Reggiano is a must-try.
