Clueless
This modern adaptation of Jane Austen’s cult-classic novel Emma follows Cher Horowitz, the 21st-century avatar Austen’s lovable heroine Emma Woodhouse and the it-girl of her high-school as she helps the ‘uncool’ new student Tai Fraisier reinvent herself. Cher is well-meaning but is confused about her own feelings and might end up doing more harm than good. Featuring impeccable fashion from the 90’s, a heartwarming character development and a sneaky brewing romance, this movie has all the right ingredients for the perfect feel-good watch.

Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives (Season 2)
This Real Housewives-esque Bollywood reality T.V. show is ace filmmaker and career-launching machine Karan Johar’s brainchild. It follows the lives of Maheep Kapoor, Bhavna Pandey, Neelam Kothari and Seema Khan, wives of Bollywood actors Sanjay Kapoor, Chunky Pandey, Samir Soni and Sohail Khan, as they move through the elite circles of Bombay. With loads of drama, fashion and all things luxury, this one is entertainment guaranteed.

Dynasty (Season 5)
This fan-favourite drama series is all about family rivalry and politics, set in the world of two of America’s most wealthy families, The Carrington’s and the Colby’s, fighting to control not just their money but also the lives of their children. Based on the iconic namesake 1980’s prime time soap opera, the show is glossy, glamorous and deliciously telling on the dark secrets of the filthy rich.

Resident Evil: Retribution
The fifth installment of the Resident Evil film series based on the video game of the same name, Resident Evil: Retribution is sure to be every sci-fi lover’s favourite. The movie details the aftermath of the fictional T-virus outbreak as Alice, the protagonist, fights to free herself from the Umbrella Corporation testing facility. The post-apocalyptic world has a generous dose of zombies, raging mutant animals and evil scientists.

Blonde
Ana de Armas steps into the shoes of Marilyn Monroe, old Hollywood’s most recognisable face, and will take us into the mind of the star as she grappled with the perils of blinding stardom, fractured relationships and the glare of the public eye in this biographical drama. The film has been adapted from a novel of the same name and is easily one of the most highly-anticipated releases of the year. Fans are excited to see Ana totally transformed, right down to Marilyn’s head of iconic blonde hair. If you’re looking for something classic, this one’s for you.

The Empress
The Empress is the perfect choice for history buffs and period drama lovers. Based on the life of Empress Elisabeth of Austria, the German-language series is a romantic drama and follows the passionate relationship of the the Empress with the Emperor of Austria in the midst of imminent war and power-hungry in-laws. It stars Turkish-German actress Devrim Lingnau in the titular role of Elisabeth von Wittelsbach.

Do Revenge
This dark-comedy is starring a whole host of young actors we’re loving right now, from Camila Mendes to Maya Hawke and Sophie Turner playing a group of teenagers looking to extract some revenge from their bullies after they become outcasts in their own high-school. The plot reportedly takes inspiration from Alfred Hitchcock’s movie Strangers On A Train but has a chick-flick teenage-drama spin to it. Perfect for girls night.

Mismatched
This super fun series is about young adults who go to Jaipur to learn the ins and outs of building an app. While following their passion and working hard on their creative projects, there is a whole new emotional roller coaster ride that comes. From friendships to love at first sight, this series has it all. And after its first season success, actors Prajakta Koli, Rohit Saraf, and others, are coming back to our screen with a whole new season.
