Britney Spears and Elton John’s “Tiny Dancer”: Is This The Most Anticipated Duet of 2022?

The illustrious Elton John is collaborating with America’s Sweetheart to release a brand-new rendition of Tiny Dancer

The single produced by Andrew Watts will be released next month by Universal Music and would mark Britney’s official return to the industry, after being released from her 14-year-long conservatorship to regain her freedom.

The track was recorded in a secret studio in the basement of Andrew’s Beverly Hills home and sources reveal that this single is going to be deemed as the Song of the Summer.  This will be the Grammy winner’s first official single since Slumber Party in 2016 which appeared on her album Glory.

“Tiny Dancer” was originally written by John and Bernie Taupan and debuted in John’s 1971 Album Madman Across The Water. It ranked no.47 on Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest songs of all time in 2021.

The Pop Queen recently tied the knot to Iranian model Sam Asghari had previously teased fans with a remixed version of her breakout single “Baby One More Time” on Instagram, revealing that she had been campaigning for years to re-record the track, but her hands were tied because of the ongoing conservatorship.

The news of the legend Elton joining forces with Spears follows a slew of other collaborations notably with Ed Sheeran for the festive melody “Merry Christmas” and the Cold Heart (PNAU remix) with Dua Lipa.
