UAE Residents Cheer From Their Balconies in Support of Frontline Workers
Videos of people clapping and cheering circulated on social media last night, as UAE residents were seen standing on their balconies in support of workers and healthcare professionals
A few days ago messages of support were shared across various social media platforms – beginning with the Dubai Expat Community Facebook group – to initiate a second round of applause for all our medical staff, workers, cleaners and individuals who find themselves working on the frontlines amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Yesterday evening residents around Dubai could be spotted sharing their appreciation from their balconies or windows in support of frontline workers.
The Dubai Media Office also shared a video of residents in Jumeriah Beach Residence cheering in high spirits to appreciate the honored residents who work diligently during this situation.
