Imaan Hammam Shares A Message On Faith And Culture In Meaningful New Music Video

The Moroccan-Egyptian beauty is connecting with her roots

Fresh off the Fashion Week runways, Imaan Hammam is now the star of a new music video and song by Mustafa The Poet.

In an Instagram post this week, the Moroccan-Egyptian model shared a clip of the video in which she can be seen donning a headscarf and looking sombrely into the camera.

The video is for the song Imaan, meaning ‘faith’ in Arabic, which is available for streaming on Tuesday, March 5. In the caption of the post, Imaan shares that the project is more than just a song to her, but something that is deeply meaningful and profound.

“March 5th marks the unveiling of something deeply cherished and profoundly meaningful to me. ‘Imaan,’ not just a song, but a journey of faith, culture, and connection,” she shared.

The video marks a collaboration with Sudanese singer and songwriter, Mustafa the Poet. As the second single off his upcoming debut album, Imaan tells the story of faith, divinity, and the struggles of a complex spiritual journey.

Dropping just ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, the song marks a reminder to all those observing, encouraging them to reflect inward and connect back with their faith.
