The Succession Condo Is On The Market… And You Won’t Believe For How Much
The Manhattan condo, as seen on season three of the popular HBO series, is located in the swanky Tribeca neighbourhood…
This luxurious New York condo, which serves as Succession main character Kendall Roy’s (played by Jeremy Strong) makeshift headquarters to take over his family’s media empire, is currently on the market for a cool $23.3 million or approximately 85.5 million dirhams.

The Manhattan condo, as seen on season three of the popular HBO series, is located at 2 Park Place at the Woolworth Tower Residences in the swanky Tribeca neighbourhood. The condo spans 6,711 square feet on two levels and is located on Woolworth Tower’s 29th floor. The home has five bedrooms, four full baths, two powder rooms, and a private terrace that overlooks Manhattan. (We can just imagine the view…)

Succession fans may recognise the open kitchen with stunning marble countertops, spiral staircase, and multiple outdoor areas. The building’s amenities also pack a serious punch, include a 50-foot lap pool, fitness center, wine cellar, and wine-tasting room – basically, all you need to live like a member of the Roy clan.

Apart from the luxurious living space, the New York condo is also a piece of history. In 1966, it was designated a National Historic Landmark y the U.S National Parks Service, and the Woolworth Tower was after its completion in the tallest building in the world in 1913, at 792 feet.
