Why We Love Cookware By Italian Brand Rossetti
Bazaar tried out Rossetti’s innovative kitchenware, diving into how the brand has captivated an international audience since its launch…
The success story of renowned family-owned cookware house Rossetti traces back to 1956 in Italy, when the brand was first founded by the Rossetti brothers, Antonio and Tonino Rossetti. Capturing the international market for generations to come, Rossetti became a symbol of refined design and quality in the industry, tapping into the market with a fresh take and reimagining the way users cook. Maintaining its rich roots, all cookware is crafted and manufactured in Italy.
Since its debut in the UAE three years back, as a lifestyle brand, Rossetti was fast to be sold in premium department stores such as Virgin Megastore and Galeries Lafayette. In 2020, the brand raised the bar with the launch of Rossetti Cookshop, making it the only dedicated Italian cookware company which delivers straight to your doorstep.
Characterised by a distinctive, white-speckled design with water-based coatings, the innovative products require less-to-no oil while cooking, creating a seamless kitchen experience. The stunning looks and intuitive designs are based around luxurious and indulgent experiences in the kitchen.
Recreating traditional Italian cookware with a modern twist, under the brand’s belt is the Elementi Natura Porcelain Enamel Cookware series, which has, understandably, become a favourite in the UAE. The range entered the market with stone and marble cookware, distinguishing Elementi Natura apart from the rest.
Noting inspiration from natural elements such as water, air, rock and fire, the cookware material comprises porcelain-enamel; a superior ceramic which does not crack over time. The extensive range in the collection includes pots and pans in an array of sizes, from saucepans and stir-fry woks to roaster pans.
Also featuring a clever design is the Elementi Natura Limited Edition Cookware set, in which the lid is built with the same material as the body of the cookware to help lock-in and circulate vital cooking juices, resulting in a wholesome dish with a rich aroma.
The luxury cookware set includes a 24cm sauté frying pan, 24cm casserole and a 28cm braiser casserole. Embracing the latest technologies, all cookware is non-toxic, free of PTFE, PFOA and heavy metals, reducing health risks.
The water-based coatings, featuring Rossetti’s signature Metaclad+ non-stick formula, create a sliding surface which makes cleaning the cookware effortless.
