Based on the roses forming a white mask in the background of the photo, it appears the royal couple attended a showing of The Phantom of the Opera musical, the world’s most popular, critically acclaimed musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber, which is currently showing at the Dubai Opera until March 10, 2024.
Sheikh Mana left a comment of a heart under the sentimental photo with his wife, her Highness Sheikha Mahra.
Sheikha Mahra is Having A Baby Girl!
Back in October, the couple announced they were expecting. The Dubai royal took to Instagram stories to share an image of an ultrasound scan, revealing that she is expecting a baby — their first child together. “Just the three of us,” Her Highness sentimentally wrote in the caption, tagging her husband Sheikh Mana.
Just one week ago, during her birthday celebrations with her mother and husband, her Highness announced the gender of her baby. The rose-tinted birthday celebrations indeed aesthetically alluded to the fact that she and her husband, Sheikh Mana Al Maktoum, were expecting a baby girl, which was later confirmed by a pink heart-shaped balloon stating “It’s A Girl.”
Sheikha Mahra on Married Life
Sharing her thoughts on married life in an exclusive interview with Bazaar Arabia as she graced the January 2024 cover, Sheikha Mahra expressed, “I believe that being with a person who is ambitious and encourages you to have aspirations is a key factor in achieving success in a marriage. While there are challenges that come from different perspectives, they are a natural part of marriage and can bring you closer to your partner.”
The royal couple wed back in June 2023.
The couple celebrated their nuptials at the Saeed Hall at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The bride looked radiant in an Ezra Couture gown and the couple shared a series of photos looking very happy together across their respective social platforms — including special moments cutting the wedding cake together, their smiles reflecting the pure joy of embarking on this new chapter of their lives.
