Charlotte Olympia Teams Up With Marvel
Calling all comic book fans!
Luxury British fashion label Charlotte Olympia is creating a Spider-Man-themed capsule collection of handbags and shoes. Featuring five designs for women and children, the line takes inspiration from American publishing group Marvel’s latest blockbuster, which is released in cinemas on July 7.
The new line of cinematic accessories, which will launch July 5, just two days before Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theatres, will combine Charlotte Olympia’s signature motif of cat and spider-web-adorned purses and shoes with a special arachnid twist. Jet black embellished sneakers, web-themed stilettos and silver Spidey clutch bags are amongst the exclusive designs, which the brand gave Instagram followers a sneak peak at, sharing a video captioned: “#CharlotteOlympia teams up with the world’s most iconic web-slinger.”
Charlotte Dellal Olympia, founder and creative director of her eponymous brand, is no stranger to a novelty collaboration, previously teaming up with the likes of Havaianas, Mac, Agent Provocateur, and Bodyism. Most recently she also created seven piece collection of Barbie dolls and bags with Mattel.
The Charlotte Olympia Marvel collaboration will launch on July 5 at Charlotte Olympia and online.
