Ralph Lauren Is Launching A Rachel Green Collection And We Can’t Wait To Wear It

On September 22 1994, Friends first graced our screens with its eclectic cast of the iconic characters whom we’ve all grown to know and love. And on September 22 1994, Rachel Green first graced our screens as our favourite TV fashionista with her chic, enviable style.

Now, in celebration of the show’s 25th anniversary, Ralph Lauren is teaming up with Warner Bros for a workwear collection directly inspired by Green’s iconic working wardrobe.

Ralph Lauren carefully crafted a Wear To Work collection based on the character’s covetable style, consisting of many of Green’s distinctive ‘90s and early ‘00s pieces, including leather trousers and skirts, polo-neck knits, pin-striped suits and leopard print – all given an update for 2019, of course. Many of the pieces are also a lot more affordable than you might expect, with prices retailing from AED550.

The collection’s debut will be on display at the location of Rachel’s very first big fashion job – Bloomingdales, as all die-hard fans will know. A special Friends 25th anniversary installation will also be in place, where fans will be able to grab a complimentary cup of coffee from a cozy recreation of Central Perk, and even visit the department’s third floor to see a recreation of Rachel’s office.
