They’ve been teasing us with a series of black and white silhouettes of a woman flipping her ponytail in slow motion for some time now, but the woman behind the hair has finally been revealed. It’s official – Givenchy has confirmed that Ariana Grande is the new face of its 2019 A/W campaign, which will be unveiled this July.
“I’m so proud to be the new face of Givenchy,” said Grande in a press release from the French fashion house. “It is a house I have forever admired and to now be part of that family is such an honor. I love this clothing and the confidence and joy it brings to the people wearing it. Not only is the clothing timeless and beautiful, but I’m proud to work with a brand that makes people feel celebrated for who they are, and unapologetic about whatever they want to be.”
