Luxury e-tailers The Outnet has brought together six fashion designers for The Shoe Movement, a visual activation combining dance and design to celebrate their latest collection of designer footwear.

Cha Cha in Chloé, Jive in Jimmy Choo, Lambarda in Lanvin, Vogue in Valentino and Charleston in Charlotte Olympia all feature in the edit, with Engy El Shazly dancing to Disco in Dolce & Gabbana for the global campaign.

Based between Dubai and Egypt, Engy first started learning ballet at age 27. Fast forward four years and the athlete has broken age-old barriers and made a global name for herself as the first Arab hijabi ballet dancer.

“We know that the shoe category is one of our best performing, and we know from previous activations that our customer has an emotional connection with her shoes,” says Andres Sosa, EVP of Sales, Marketing and Creative. “We are renowned for offering the best in luxury retail, so why not celebrate this by showcasing the amazing designers at The Outnet with dance. We pride ourselves on our editorialized point of view, offering innovative initiatives to continue to surprise and delight our global customer. The Shoe Movement provides an engaging and dynamic communication tool with which speak to our customers in the modern digital space.”
