The filmmaker brings us along behind the scenes, giving us an insider’s glimpse into the magic at 31 Rue Cambon
In celebration of the Métiers d’art Paris – 31 Rue Cambon 19/20 Collection now available within boutique Chanel has released a short film, shot by Sofia Coppola.
From supermodel fittings (can you spot Gigi Hadid?) to a creating a replica of Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel’s apartment inside the Grand Palais, the film gives the viewer a unique insider’s perspective on the hours leading up to the show.
Shot at both the Chanel Creation studio at 31 rue Cambon and the Grand Palais in Paris, the short film showcases a breathtaking look ar the catwalk rehearsals, fittings, backstage moments, direction, and everything else that goes into the makings of an incredible fashion show – all within the presence of creative director Virgine Viard, of course.
