The crème de la crème of French craftsmanship makes a dazzling impression in Saudi Arabia, with the opening of Maison Davidor’s largest boutique store globally within its bustling capital.
Located in Riyadh’s Centria Mall, the newly opened store spans a surface area of 125 square meters, naturally offering all of the Maison’s meticulously crafted high jewellery collections – from daily bling to distinct statement pieces.

The flagship store’s exterior and interior design is a nod to 19th-Century European architecture, characteristic of Parisian Arcades and the majestic Arc de Triomphe. Neoclassical architecture is indeed an essential element of brand’s DNA, whose signature arch is infused into all aspects of the newly opened store’s design and jewellery.

From its Calacatta Viola façade, signature arch door hand and curved glass entry to its Parisian herringbone wood floors, bespoke arch-detailed rugs, arch mobile chandeliers, and hand-painted de Gournay wallpaper the Riyadh flagship transports clients to the architectural splendor of the City of Lights.
“The Davidor Arch was the first and most important step in developing and designing the brand,” notes David “Davidor” Gusky, the brand’s founder and creative director.

For Gusky, the store is also a celebration of colour, sharing, “The second most important step was the expression of color, or more specifically, the development of our identifying color.”
Bordeaux, the primary colour adorning the store’s blank canvas, is here again evocative of the enchanting Southwestern French city. Contributing to the brand’s aesthetic cohesiveness, the Calacatta Viola is composed of creamy white clasts, akin to clouds, floating against a rich bordeaux background – and such a façade introduces guests to the interior’s color spectrum, composed of red, pink, brown, eggplant, and hints of orange.
