With the spirit of adventure lying at its heart, the Middle East is a fitting location for this Overseas special edition timepiece. Vacheron Constantin has designed the model exclusively for the region, combining a sense of journey with the colours and soul of Arabia’s sights.

Imbibing the sun-dipped warmth of the desert sands, the Overseas Middle East Special Edition is created in satin-brushed 18-karat pink gold. The dark brown dial features a sunray finish reminiscent of the sun’s vibrant reflections, with Arabic numerals and gold faceted hands, whilst the 84 diamonds in the surrounding bezel draw on the glittered effect of the desert’s star-strewn night sky. The design is completed by a caseback engraved with the wind rose, the universal symbol of navigation used by travellers for centuries.

Mixing tradition with a distinctive contemporary aesthetic, the design of the Overseas took five years to perfect and boasts the smooth mechanical prowess that one would expect from the world’s oldest watchmaker. With a self-winding movement and resilient water resistance, the Overseas automatic timepiece blends technical expertise with sophisticated style.

“The Middle East and Vacheron Constantin share a rich sense of heritage,” says Alexander Schmiedt, brand director for Vacheron Constantin Middle East. “Both take the essence of their past to build for the future, and these same values are why the Maison wanted to create the Overseas Special Edition model for this region only.”
Available with interchangeable straps of pink gold, alligator and rubber, the practical elegance of the Overseas timepiece makes it the ideal traveling companion.
