Sarah Jessica Parker Shares A First Look At SATC’s Reboot Shooting

With the Gossip Girl’s reboot having just premiered and the Friends’ reunion still fresh in our minds, the much-anticipated revival of SATC – a.k.a. And Just Like That – appears closer than ever before…
Just a day after Sarah Jessica Parker shared a picture of her script in preparation for the big day – a.k.a. the first day of the reboot’s shooting – revealing the first episode’s title: “Hello, It’s Me”…
… and then posting a glimpse of her, behind-the-scenes, getting transformed on set into the one and only Carrie Bradshaw once again after many years…
…the 56-year-old actress decided to share with the world an exclusive shot of Miranda, Charlotte and Carrie strolling down the streets of Manhattan and looking stunningly fierce – which, naturally, broke the internet, of course!
The shot, that was taken by Craig Blankenhorn, has made fans all over the world dream again in seeing Carrie Bradshaw walking in her Manolos once again sooner than ever. But this dream only became a bit more real when HBO Max’s and the reboot series’ Instagram also shared the exciting snap on its respective account, confirming the news that they were back and filming the much-awaited reboot.
As it was predictable, the fans’ reaction was nothing short of what it was expected and we can’t help but to admit that we’re on the same line, because just like that…our favourite Manhattanites are all back – although we’ll be missing Kim Cattrall a.k.a. Samantha, who won’t be part of the series this time.
Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed the exciting reboot news back in January on her Instagram where she posted a teaser of the upcoming series tagging HBO Max, giving us hope that we were going to be seeing Carrie and friends one more time on the screen.
After these exciting snaps of the reboot’s first day of shooting, we can’t wait to see more details of the long-awaited series, and when will it be released. We’ll make sure to be alert for any future updates. Stay tuned!
