Chaumet’s New High Jewellery Collection will Leave You Bewitched
The Parisian jeweller’s latest baubles defy gravity with whimsicals designs and sparkling precision…
Chaumet pays homage to its storied history with Torsade de Chaumet, the latest collection inspired by the Maisons’s first shop in the heart of Vendôme in 1812.
Glittering tiaras mimic the intricate frieze wrapping of the Vendôme Column, allowing the wearer to embellish their look with subtle French style. The ribbon-like twist technique (torsade in French) is not without colour. Sapphires, fiery rubies and lush emeralds punctuate the brilliant diamonds amidst the twisting movements.
Ever since its founding in 1780, Chaumet has spared no expense when it comes to it’s creativity in achieving striking designs. The same can be said for Torsade de Chaumet. Mean’t to mimic the “ceaseless movement of life or the dynamic of love,” it’s easy to be entranced by the beauty behind each piece.
