ORLOV’s Rooftop Runway Has Sparked a New High Jewellery Obsession

The Monte Carlo-born maison staged a diamond-studded showcase at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab that highlighted their exquisite collections and left every guest wanting more

You hardly ever need an excuse to admire diamonds. Their irresistible appeal usually does the trick all on its own, turning heads towards glittering display cases during a trip to the mall or the occasional double-take when someone passes by, sporting a stunning statement piece. But ORLOV offered an especially spectacular way to indulge in the act with its High Jewellery Sunset Cocktail & Runway, held on November 28 atop the Ilyana Rooftop Terrace at the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel.

The Monégasque jewellery brand had unveiled its first Middle East boutique inside the hotel earlier this year, creating a sparkling bridge between Monte Carlo’s elegance and Dubai’s flair for drama. With the opening setting the tone, the invitation-only event marked another key milestone in ORLOV’s Middle East expansion.

The jewellery house showcased an array of its most exceptional creations, each handcrafted by Italian master artisans and reflecting the maison’s bold contemporary spirit. Each piece carried the brand’s signature storytelling, which blends history, natural beauty, and meticulous design techniques, a signature element since it was founded in 2011.

During the show, guests were introduced not only to the runway creations but also to the bespoke experiences ORLOV offers, from personalised consultations to access to limited-edition pieces available exclusively at the boutique.

As the sun set on Dubai and the event drew to a close, the jewellery under the spotlight held its own against the glittering skyline. For an evening designed to make an impression, ORLOV’s showcase radiated a glow that was hard to ignore, and the sparkle it brought was even harder to forget.
