Saudi Fashion Awards 2025 Gears Up For Another Night Of Glamour
Riyadh gears up for Saudi Fashion Awards 2025, spotlighting the Kingdom’s global style ambitions
Launched in 2024, the Saudi Fashion Awards aim to recognise and elevate the creative forces shaping the Kingdom’s growing fashion and beauty industries. This year’s event promises a broader scope, with an expanded emphasis on beauty and the introduction of new award categories that reflect the industry’s rapid evolution.
Key categories for 2025 include Fashion Stylist of the Year, Fashion Photographer of the Year, Menswear and Womenswear Brand of the Year, and Jewellery Brand of the Year. The event will also present an Honorary Model of the Year Award, as well as four international awards backed by WWD, celebrating global contributions to design and beauty innovation.
The judging panel features a lineup of industry heavyweights such as celebrity stylist Law Roach, WWD CEO Amanda Smith, and Saudi Fashion Commission CEO Burak Çakmak. Other notable judges include Xavier Romatet, Dean of Institut Français de la Mode, Chalhoub Group KSA Managing Director Mohammed Aldabbageh, and Mai Badr.
“Riyadh is proudly emerging as the capital of fashion, beauty, and the future of the creative industries in the region,” said Çakmak. “Its transformation from promise to global presence on red carpets, runways, and retail spaces reflects the ingenuity and dedication of a new generation of trailblazers redefining regional and international fashion standards.”
Backed by the Ministry of Culture, the Fashion Commission was established in 2020 to support the local fashion ecosystem through investment, talent development, and regulatory guidance. With initiatives like the Saudi Fashion Awards, the Commission aims to empower designers and preserve Saudi Arabia’s cultural identity through fashion.
The 2025 ceremony is expected to draw regional and international attention, reaffirming Riyadh’s role as a thriving creative capital.
