Learn how to make a delicious and guilt-free sweet smoothie
ALMOND, CHIA, FLAXSEED & DATE SMOOTHIE

Serves 2
- 2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp raw almond butter
- ½ cup mineral water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp milled flaxseeds
- 4-6 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Add the ingredients to a smoothie blender and blend until smooth. You may add a handful of ice cubes. Store in the fridge for up to two days.
