Now that calorie-intense Holiday Season came to an end, it's time to kick-start your 2018 with Dalia Dogmoch Soubra's vitamin-packed breakfast smoothies.
BEETROOT & LIME SMOOTHIE
Prep Time: 10 mins
• 1 medium beetroot (raw, or cooked for smoother consistency), peeled and cut into chunks
• Juice of one small lime
• 1 green apple
• 2 oranges
• 1 cup green tea
• ½ tsp Himalayan salt
Add the ingredients to a smoothie blender and blend until smooth. You may add a handful of ice cubes. Store in the fridge for up to three days.
