Upon first glance, the photo that Dubai-based blogger Rhea Jacobs posted on Insta last night is pretty standard for her feed: a stunning beauty look that we immediately want to replicate. After taking a closer look, fans noticed and voiced their appreciation for the unedited photo, that subtly shows some of her facial hair.
Her followers had only positive things to say regarding her decision to not Facetune out her peach fuzz, encouraging other women to talk about and embrace their own facial hair. The influencer was quick to respond saying: "I feel as women we need to embrace our own individualistic beauty rather than succumb and morph into society's version of what's acceptable/attractive."
Rhea Jacobs is a Middle Eastern brand ambassador for Marc Jacobs Beauty, with a growing following of more than 13k followers. She often speaks candidly about the struggles and realities of being an influencer and representative of the region in the beauty world.
We couldn't have said it better, Rhea!
