The highly anticipated wedding of Indian billionaire couple Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant is set to take place in less than two weeks and the countdown to the big day is in full force.

The latest glimpse into the preparations for the coveted event is a video of the elaborate wedding invite sent to guests, which is circulating online.

The extravagant invitation sent out to attendees includes a gold-hued box resembling a temple adorned with intricate details and imagery as per Hindu traditions.

The hamper is getting attention not only for its detailed and meaningful design but also for a particularly exquisite gift accompanying it: a dorukha pashmina shawl, handcrafted by artisans in Kashmir. Dorukha is a textile with a double-sided design, usually with embroidery.

The bride and groom-to-be are also set to host a mass function for the underprivileged.

Ahead of the grand celebration on July 12, the couple will celebrate their union with the less fortunate at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in the Palghar District on July 2.

The Ambanis are known for throwing the most opulent parties. In 2018, Isha tied the knot in a 7 billion rupee celebration, which is said to be the most expensive Indian wedding of all time. The wedding included a performance by Beyoncé.
