Who’s Going To Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s Pre-Wedding Cruise in Italy?
Bollywood celebrities have been spotted at Mumbai’s Kalina airport, but does this confirm the billionaire couple will host a second multi-day event?
As the Ambani pre-wedding celebrations continue, the spotlight shifts to Italy for the second instalment of festivities. From May 28 to June 1, the couple will host friends and family abroad a luxurious cruise sailing from Italy to the South of France.
While the guest list remains under wraps, we’ve spotted several A-listers jetting off from Mumbai’s Kalina airport, giving us an idea of who might be attending the cruise.
Who’s Going To Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s Pre-Wedding Cruise in Italy?
Leading the pack, Ranbir Kapoor was seen at the airport with his wife, Alia Bhatt, and their adorable daughter, Raha Kapoor. The family looked effortlessly chic in comfy loungewear.
Ranveer Singh, known for his flamboyant manner, was also spotted, albeit without his pregnant wife, Deepika Padukone. The big question: will Deepika make a surprise appearance later, or is she sitting this one out?
Later making an appearance at the airport was Bollywood’s beloved Salman Khan, and cricket legend MS Dhoni with his family.
Nita Ambani’s Mother, Purnima Dalal, and Anil Ambani, Mukesh Ambani’s older brother, were also spotted making their way to Italy, adding some familial warmth to the otherwise glittering guest list!
What will the cruise be like?
From what we know, this pre-wedding bash won’t just be cruise – it will quite literally be a floating palace designed to provide the utmost comfort and luxury. With 800 guests on the invite list, the Ambani’s are sparing no expense. To ensure every need is met, a rumoured team of 600 staff members will be on hand, taking care of everything from accommodations to culinary delights.
It’s also rumoured to be a three-day celebration like no other.
A look back at their previous pre-wedding occasions
The Ambani’s hosted an elaborate pre-wedding party in Jamnagar, Gujarat back in March, attended by the likes of international celebrities from Rihanna to Bill Gates, and Bollywood stars from Kareena Kapoor to Shah Rukh Khan.
Radhika Merchant also recently celebrated a Princess Diaries-themed bridal shower with her closest girlfriends, hosted by Bollywood’s Janhvi Kapoor. The intimate affair saw attendees wearing matching pyjamas and mattress surfing down stairs, as seen in the film.
When is the Ambani wedding?
Mark your calendars for July 12 – that’s when Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will tie the knot. Given the scale of the pre-wedding events, one can only imagine how spectacular the wedding itself will be.
