News broke on Monday that third-place Love Island Season 9 finalists; Samie Elishi and Tom Clare have split up just one month after the infamous dating game series wrapped up.
“Samie and Tom have sadly decided to call it a day. There is a lot of love and respect there but it just wasn’t going anywhere,” said a source obtained by The Sun, they continued, “The distance between them was too much and they are both really focused on their careers post Love Island,”
According to the Daily Mail, the couple fought to make it to the final and place third despite the fact the pair came into Love Island as bombshell contestants. They would, unfortunately, come third after losing to winners Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan and place behind Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins.
