Kendall Jenner and Mariah Carey’s are hilarious
If you’ve been online lately, you’ll have found it hard to miss the #BottleCapChallenge. It’s the Internet’s newest obsession and latest viral challenge, involving social media users, including some of our fave celebrities, perfecting their roundhouse kicks to skilfully knock the top off a bottle, then flaunting proof of the successful stunt on the ‘gram. Many stars have even been challenging their famous friends to give it a try.
The challenge allegedly began with Taekwondo instructor Farabi Davletchin, who then inspired Hollywood’s elite to test out their skills.
Model Kendall Jenner is currently vacaying with pals in Mykonos, but that didn’t stop her nobly accepting the challenge (after being nominated by fellow model Hailey Bieber). Instead, she just completed her stunt on a jetski in the middle of the sea…as you do when you’re Kendall Jenner.
Pop princess Mariah Carey shut it down by ditching the nimble kick and taking the hands-free approach to a whole new level, removing the cap using only her voice. Yes, really – the singer hit one of her signature high notes and the cap flew off the bottle. I think we have a winner…
The likes of Justin and Hailey Bieber, Lizzo, Diplo, Marshmello, Guy Ritchie and John Mayer also gave it their best shot – with varying degrees of success. Who’s your champion?
